Having sold to numerous marquee enterprise customers globally, I thoroughly enjoy conceptualizing and executing solutions and strategies to achieve customer success. Running a mid-sized data, analytics and contextual adtechstartup in India and working in global tech companies in the US, has given me a deep understanding of consumers and technologies that work for different markets. In my role as Director Solution Design and Client Services,I am responsible for designing and executing loyalty programs to help clients transform their business. Building strategic capabilities, leading change management initiatives, driving costs optimization, re-thinking innovation and boosting brand advocacy for the organization are my key areas of focus.
After spending the first half of my career in various HR leadership roles, I transitioned into heading Client Services at two of the top Loyalty companies. The experience I gained propelled me to embrace the challenge to start my own company 16 years later, along with three colleagues. If there’s one thing that’s remained constant, it’s my passion for collaborating with people. It has always then-and-now been the cornerstone of my career as well as personal life. This passion coupled with my HR expertise and operations leadership has enabled me to successfully lead critical projects for many Fortune 500 clients pan-India and globally.

In my role as Director, I wear multiple hats that vary depending on the day or need of the hour. From supporting the business team during pre-sales to acquire new business; consulting; and designing to developing technology-driven solutions and driving HR and financial strategies. I work as a liaison between both internal and external stakeholders for execution of projects and other deliverables.
About 18 years ago, I started my career as a test engineer. Since then, I have executed various roles from project manager and product developer to business analyst and techno-functional consultant. I have lead teams that have conceptualised, developed and delivered more than 100 channel, customer, and employee loyalty programs for global and regional clients.
