Innovation Executive – Intern / Trainee

About the Role

We are looking for an Innovation Executive (Intern/Trainee) to support the Innovation function. This role is ideal for freshers or early-career professionals with strong communication skills, structured thinking, and an interest in marketing, brand, and business problem-solving

Key Responsibilities

Support senior innovation lead in research, data gathering, and analysis
Assist in creating structured presentations (PPTs) and insight summaries
Coordinate meetings, schedule discussions, and manage calendars
Capture MoMs (Minutes of Meeting) and track action items
Ensure stakeholders are aligned and informed on progress and next steps
Conduct market, competitor, and trend research
Organize information and maintain documentation across projects

Requirements

Freshers or 0–2 years of experience
Background in marketing, brand, or related fields preferred
Strong communication and articulation skills
Good organizational and coordination ability
Basic understanding of research and analysis
Proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel
High ownership and attention to detail
