We are looking for a commercially driven Business Development Manager with 4–6 years of experience in SaaS, technology solutions, or servicing-led B2B environments. The role calls for someone who can understand client problems, shape relevant solutions, navigate complex sales cycles, and move opportunities toward closure with maturity and discipline.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive new business development across target sectors and enterprise accounts.
  • Identify, prospect, and engage potential clients through structured outreach.
  • Lead or support discovery calls, solution discussions, presentations, and proposal-stage conversations.
  • Work closely with inside sales, marketing, pre-sales, PMO, and leadership to shape opportunities.
  • Manage the sales journey from qualification to closure support with strong pipeline discipline.

Requirements

  • 4–6 years of experience in business development, enterprise sales, consultative selling, or key account acquisition.
  • Prior exposure to SaaS, technology platforms, solution selling, or servicing-heavy B2B environments will be preferred.
  • Ability to understand client pain points and translate them into commercially relevant solutions.
  • Confidence in handling presentations, proposals, and structured business conversations.
  • Strong ownership, follow-up discipline, and comfort in a fast-evolving growth environment.
