About the Role

We seek an entry-level Solution Demo Specialist (Product Demonstration Specialist) to join Elevatoz Loyalty's sales team in Bengaluru. This client-facing role suits a recent graduate (BCA or B.Sc. in Computer Science / IT) who is confident and tech-savvy.

You will learn about our offerings in depth and deliver engaging software demonstrations, tailoring each demonstration to the prospect's needs. Working alongside seasoned sales and solutions professionals, you will play a central role in helping prospects experience the value of Elevatoz's loyalty and engagement platform firsthand.

Key Responsibilities

  • Present clear, compelling live demos (in-person and virtual) of the Elevatoz Loyalty platform to prospects.
  • Adapt each demonstration to the client's sector, size and requirements, focusing on the most relevant use cases.
  • Work closely with sales, solution engineers and product teams before demos to understand client goals and tailor the presentation accordingly.
  • Use strong storytelling and real-world examples to explain how our software solves specific client problems in a relatable way.
  • Go beyond features by emphasising the practical business benefits of the solution.
  • Gather client feedback after demos and communicate findings to the product and solutions team to suggest enhancements to scripts and presentations.
  • Assist in creating and maintaining demo assets (slides, scripts, sandbox accounts) and ensuring the demo environment is ready before each session.
  • Maintain deep knowledge of the platform's capabilities, industry trends and competitor offerings to confidently handle questions during demos.

Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Electronics or a related field (e.g., BCA, B.Sc.).
  • Experience: Fresh graduate or 0–1 year of experience; internship in pre-sales, support or tech roles is a plus.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication; clear and polished presentation style that resonates with business audiences.
  • Technical Understanding: Comfort with learning and navigating software platforms; ability to explain technology in simple, business-friendly language.
  • Confidence: Poised and self-assured in client-facing situations; able to handle questions, address concerns, and keep discussions on track.
  • Preparation & Storytelling: Strong preparation skills, logical organisation, and an ability to craft a coherent demo narrative that connects features to outcomes.
  • Attention to Detail: High level of professionalism and attention to detail in presentations and all documentation.
  • Teamwork: Collaborative attitude and willingness to work with multiple internal stakeholders across sales, product, and solutions.

Nice to Have

  • Proficiency with presentation tools (PowerPoint or similar) and demo software.
  • Basic familiarity with SaaS platforms or enterprise software environments.
  • Methodical approach to planning demos and addressing client needs step by step.
  • Business-focused mindset — always relate product features back to client outcomes and measurable value.
  • Quick learner who can absorb new product updates and incorporate client feedback into future demos.
