About the Role

This full-time role in Bengaluru is ideal for an MBA fresher with 0–1 years of experience who is organised, proactive and detail-oriented. The Sales Support / Pre-Sales Coordination Executive will assist the sales team by managing day-to-day operational tasks — lead tracking in the CRM, creating compelling sales solutions, commercial preparation, documentation and follow-ups — to ensure smooth sales and business development workflows.

Key tasks include supporting lead and opportunity management, attending client meetings and demos, preparing sales collateral (proposals, presentations, credentials) and following up on action items. The candidate will also help capture leads from events and shadow senior Business Development staff to learn the sales process.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide day-to-day support to the sales team and Business Development managers.
  • Manage leads and opportunities in the CRM; ensure data is up to date and tracked properly.
  • Schedule and coordinate sales meetings, demos, and client follow-up calls.
  • Assist in creating and updating sales documents and collateral (proposals, presentations, case sheets).
  • Handle client communications and reminders; ensure timely follow-up on action items.
  • Support sales events and campaigns by capturing leads and coordinating post-event follow-ups.
  • Learn from and shadow senior sales colleagues on pitches and client visits to understand our solutions.

Requirements

  • MBA (completed or in final semester) in Marketing, Business Administration or a related field.
  • 0–1 year experience; freshers or internship experience in sales support, marketing, or administrative roles is acceptable.
  • Must be willing to work full-time in Bengaluru.
  • Proficiency in MS PowerPoint and Excel (for creating presentations and tracking data).
  • Basic familiarity with a CRM system (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho) or willingness to learn.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organisational and multitasking abilities (managing schedules, documents, and records).
  • High attention to detail and methodical follow-through.
  • Comfortable with structured processes and office workflow

Nice to Have

  • Experience with loyalty programs or B2B sales.
  • Additional languages (e.g. Kannada, Hindi).
  • CRM certification or advanced CRM training.
  • Internship or college project in sales or business development.
  • Familiarity with ERP or order management systems.
  • Experience in event coordination or marketing.
