About the Role

Elevatoz Loyalty is a technology-led loyalty and engagement company that partners with leading businesses to drive sustainable sales growth through smarter channel engagement, rewards management, communication, and program execution.

We are seeking a driven, intellectually curious, and commercially minded MBA graduate to join our sales function as a Sales Associate—New Business. This is a high-visibility, ground-floor opportunity to develop a substantive career in enterprise B2B sales, working in close partnership with senior leadership, engaging directly with prospective clients, and contributing meaningfully to revenue outcomes from the outset.

Prior sales experience is not a prerequisite for this role. What is essential is a strong grounding in technology, a structured approach to problem-solving, a genuine appetite to learn, and the commercial acumen to translate business challenges into relevant solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the identification and pursuit of new business opportunities for Elevatoz's solutions and managed services portfolio.
  • Conduct systematic research to identify and qualify prospective clients across relevant sectors, including SaaS, FMCG, BFSI, retail, and e-commerce.
  • Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline through structured outbound outreach, LinkedIn prospecting, referral networks, industry events, and diligent follow-up activity.
  • Develop a thorough understanding of client business objectives and map their requirements to Elevatoz's product and service capabilities.
  • Participate actively in discovery conversations, client presentations, and commercial discussions alongside senior sales and leadership team members.
  • Collaborate with internal teams—solutions, marketing, client servicing, and technology—to support the preparation of proposals, pitch materials, and commercial documentation.
  • Maintain rigorous follow-up discipline to ensure consistent pipeline momentum and timely communication with prospects.
  • Track and manage leads, opportunities, and activities accurately within the CRM system, contributing to regular pipeline and forecast reporting.
  • Develop deep product knowledge rapidly, enabling confident articulation of the Elevatoz value proposition to relevant stakeholders.

Requirements

  • MBA graduate from a recognised institution (2023, 2024, or 2025 batch); freshers are encouraged to apply. Candidates with up to one year of relevant experience will also be considered.
  • A strong academic or professional foundation in technology — particularly an engineering undergraduate degree combined with an MBA — is a significant advantage.
  • Working familiarity with SaaS platforms, enterprise technology solutions, or digital product ecosystems.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the confidence and clarity to engage effectively in client-facing settings.
  • Self-motivated and intellectually curious, with a genuine interest in pursuing a long-term career in B2B sales.
  • Structured, analytical thinker who can identify business problems and articulate solution-oriented responses.
  • Collaborative by disposition, with the willingness to learn from senior colleagues and take initiative where appropriate.
