The story of Elevatoz Loyalty Private Limited starts in 2018. Co-founders Bhaskar Venkataramasetty, Sushma Prasanna, and Sudeep Kumar noticed a need for affordable loyalty solutions to engage employees, channel partners and customers and boost sales. Brands were missing out on retaining key relationships and as a result, sales figures were significantly dipping. The three co-founders shared a common belief: "Investing in key relationships yields greater value for businesses". After all, at the heart of any successful business are people.
